West Shore Inn Steakhouse at 3955 Victory Boulevard, Staten Island, New York.

My experience here at the West Shore Inn was terrible. I waited almost an hour and a half to be seated. Our waitress who I seen maybe 4 times wasn't friendly at all. I ordered the filet mignon which was very good until I realized my steak was burnt (literally). I told the waitress she said that's how a medium well is cooked. Now every restaurant I go to, I always order a steak and never had an issue like this. She said if they make another one it's going to come out the same. So I ended up cutting all sides off so I can eat the inside. Definitely not worth 40 Bucks. Our waitress didn't even say bye to us. It took us 3 hours to leave. It was just horrible. I definitely won't be coming back.
