Disappointing Experience--A-Wireless Reseller not Verizon!
First of all, I thought this was a Verizon corporate store because it used to be and they have the tiniest A-Wireless sticker in black at the top of the entrance door (above eye level). They were nice when selling me a new phone and tablet although I ended up having to do ALOT more transfer work on my own than they said I would. Also, just a few weeks later I broke the tablet screen and brought it back. They told me I had to bring it elsewhere to have the screen replaced which made sense since I opted out of a warranty.
I brought the tablet to Staples, who's sub WERX, told them to tell me that they wouldn't replace the screen since the unit had water damage, which was a shock to me since I didn't have it near water in the three weeks I owned it. I called Verizon directly and they sent me a new one which I find to be outstandingly great customer service since they were replacing something I bought at a reseller and not Verizon. They said that I'd been a long standing good customer and that they were happy to do it!
Next time I buy, it will be from Verizon Corporate directly.
