Horrific experience. Manager Aaron does not return phone calls and has chip on his shoulder. Long story short, I am a member at another UFC Gym, tried to transfer membership, and could not reach the manager for 3 weeks. Went down to the location and finally got to speak with him there, ON THEIR PHONE, no less. Was told that my rate at my current UFC Gym would deflate, demoralize, and discredit the Staten Island UFC Gym, and thus they would not honor it. What an abhorrent statement from someone completely out of touch with logical thought. Apparently the new owners here tastelessly do not care for law enforcement, either. Have fun trying to recruit new people with your present attitude.

PS Another user talked about how they have Gyms in multiple locations. Yes, they do. Obviously some are better than others. But, as if their membership fees weren't insulting to begin with, memberships that allow you to use multiple gyms feel like they are intended for people in the top .01% of salaries.
