Municipal Credit Union at 2546 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island, New York.

Been a customer for over 22 years... good place to do my banking for direct deposit and such... hours are very good... BUT.!! The Tellers are for the most part horrible... they never smile or say hello or your welcome, after I say thank you.
When I ask a question it's like pulling teeth.
There is ONLY 1 teller that is extremely nice. I don't know her name but she never works at the Teller's section. She has a desk and handles problems with accounts. She ALWAYS WILL GO OUT OF HER way to help me... ALWAYS.!!
So, when I have an issue or problem I wait to see her and her alone.
Sad.!! That the majority of people that work here need a refresher course in assisting customers.
Sorry..... but that is the situation here at MCU.
