    I had a shirt that I wear often rip and decided to take it to these guys. When I brought it to them and asked how they would go about fixing it she explained her method very poorly. So I just asked her to repeat it because I didn't understand. She replies with, "If you're going to keep asking how I do it, I don't want it." I took my stuff and left.

    Never going back there again. So much for customer service.
