Heartland Cleaners Inc at 77 Richmond Hill Road # G, Staten Island, New York.

I went to go pick up a pair of pants on 11/12/2016 that I recently dropped off to get seen. The owner refused to give me my pants without my phone number. I gave him my name several times and showed him my state identification but I guess that was not good enough. He finally gave me my pants after igniting an argument. I put my pants on the same night for work and they ripped in the exact same spot that this establishment sewed them. I have been bringing my military, suits and other work uniforms to a variety of cleaners for 10 years and I never had a problem. I do not recommend this business. The owner is very rude!!
