Armstrong Car Wash at 522 Armstrong Avenue, Staten Island, New York.

I've tried many different car washes in staten island (and even long island), but this one is definitely the best in my opinion. I've always had consistently clean vehicles after leaving this wash. Staff is friendly for the most part. Prices are a bit high but definitely worth it. You get the cleanliness you pay for. The only critic I have is of the Carnauba Wax for $5; it should be $3 at most since it doesn't last too long.
